It takes about 90 minutes from Hachioji Toll Gate.

Take a train at Shinjuku Station (through Kofu and Nagasaka) to Kobuchizawa Station.
A limited express service will take you to Kobuchizawa in about 120 minutes.
At Kobuchizawa Station, catch a taxi to Oizumi Plant.
You will reach the plant in about 20 minutes. |

Take a limited express train from Shinjuku Station to Kofu. It takes around 90 minutes.
At Kofu Station, change to a local service train and another 30-minute ride will take you to Nagasaka Station.
At Nagasaka Station, catch a taxi to Oizumi Plant.
You will arrive at the plant in about 10 minutes. |
